Turkish Airlines has denied me the right to fly because I criticized them on social media.

They bumped my 2 flights without my knowledge. I noticed this on the day of my flight and asked for the reason. Days later, they sent an email stating that they had revoked my flight rights until December 4th. The reason they cited was my criticism of their services under success announcements on LinkedIn.

Can an airline, unable to provide proper service, legally restrict a passenger’s flying rights simply to avoid criticism?

Turkish Airlines’ behavior of revoking a passenger’s flight privileges for criticism considered legal?

Denying a passenger boarding or service based solely on expressing opinions or criticism would likely be considered a violation of passenger rights and could lead to legal consequences for the airline. #thy is just like another instution in Turkiye running without law 😳

How is it a display of professionalism if a CEO takes away your right to fly simply because you criticized their company’s shortcomings on LinkedIn?
